Radu Gătej

Radu Gătej currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at BrainCapture since December 2020. Prior to this role, Radu held the position of Senior Data Scientist at Danske Bank from March 2018 to November 2020, and worked as a Software Developer at DTU - Technical University of Denmark from February 2017 to January 2018, specializing in the development of systems for data collection and analysis involving student data. Earlier experience includes roles as a Software Developer/Data Manager at the University of Copenhagen and Technical Developer at /KL.7, where Radu focused on employee productivity insights derived from smartphone data. Radu began a career in software development as a Student Software Developer at Avaleo and as a Junior Developer at QTronic GmbH. Academically, Radu holds a Master of Science in Digital Media Engineering from DTU and a Bachelor’s degree in Information and Communication Technology from the Technical University of Cluj Napoca.
