Jodi Hubler

Jodi Hubler has worked in various roles since 2000, beginning as Vice President Human Resources at Definity Health. In 2003, they moved to Alcoa as Vice President People and Culture, RPD, and then to Ameriprise Financial as Vice President, Human Resources in 2006. In 2006, they became the CEO and Managing Director of Lemhi Ventures Funds I & II, a venture capital fund investing in companies innovating across the health service ecosystem with $385M in assets under management during their tenure. Jodi then moved to Bind Benefits as President in 2019, followed by ABOUT as Independent Board Director in 2020 and \u014cmcare as Independent Board Director in 2020. In 2021, they became an Independent Board Director at Marani and in 2022, they became an Independent Board Director at BrainCheck and an Advisor at Black Opal Ventures.

Jodi Hubler began their educational journey at The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in 1992. Jodi then returned to The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business to pursue their MAIR in Management and Organizations, which they completed in 1993.
