Molly Penna (Marohl)

Molly Penna (Marohl) has a diverse work experience. Molly began their career in 2012 as a Reserve Officers' Training Corps with the US Army. In 2014, they worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant with the Industrial Assessment Center and as a Power Delivery Engineering Intern with NextEra Energy. In 2015, they were a Systems Analyst Intern at Citrix. In 2016, they were an IT Project Manager Intern at Johnson & Johnson and an Industrial Engineering Senior Project with Mount Sinai Medical Center Miami Beach. From 2017 to 2021, they were a Senior Consultant, Consultant, and Business Technology Analyst at Deloitte and is currently a Manager of Enterprise Customer Success and Program Manager at BrainCheck.

Molly Penna (Marohl) attended the University of Miami from 2012 to 2016, where they graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering with an Engineering Management concentration, and minors in Mathematics and Military Science. In 2016, they obtained an Open Water Diver Certification from Scuba Schools International. In 2015, they obtained a Citrix Certified Sales Professional (CCSP) certification from Citrix, as well as a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers.
