Robert Hemfelt

Robert Hemfelt has worked in the QA field since 2014. Robert began their career at OwnLocal as a QA Engineer and Senior Technical Support Representative, where they created and executed test plans, provided account/product support, and managed monthly client SEO reporting. Robert then moved to TrendKite in 2017 as a QA Engineer and QA Release Coordinator, where they coordinated engineers and QA testers, built their first complete end-to-end JavaScript non-Selenium test framework, wrote and executed smoke tests, and crafted, analyzed, and optimized boolean search queries. In 2019, they joined Rabbet as a QA Automation Engineer, where they were responsible for building and maintaining a comprehensive JavaScript test library in TestCafe for successful efficient FinTech product releases. Currently, they are a Lead QA Engineer at BrainCheck, where they are responsible for mapping out the full end-to-end regression test suite for both a SaaS web client and iOs application, and has planned out and built over 300 test cases, automating more than 90% of the test coverage.

Robert Hemfelt attended Lyon College from 2007 to 2009, Collin College from 2010 to 2012, and the University of Houston from 2012 to 2014. Robert also obtained two certifications, Google Adwords Fundamentals from Google AdWords PPC Search Marketing in January 2016, and Yext Certified Partner from Yext in October 2015.
