Jonathan Collins

Jonathan Collins, MBA, serves as the Vice President of People & Culture at BrainChild Bio since February 2024. Prior to this role, Jonathan was the Director of Human Capital Consulting at Enspira from 2023 to February 2024 and held the position of Global VP of People Operations at PadSplit from 2021 to 2023. Jonathan also contributed as Chief Operating Officer at Hope Housing Foundation between 2018 and 2020, and served as Regional HR Leader at Walgreens from 2017 to 2018. Earlier career experiences include roles at Grainger, where Jonathan worked as an Operations Manager in Petrochemicals and participated in the Human Resource Development Program as an HR Business Partner. Jonathan holds an Executive MBA in Finance from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Texas at Austin.
