Sushama Desai

Sushama Desai has extensive work experience in the field of verification engineering and embedded systems. Sushama is currently working at BrainChip Holdings Limited as a Verification Engineer. Prior to this, they worked at Paradigm Works, Inc. in the same role.

From 2019 to 2020, Sushama worked as an Embedded Systems Contractor at Emerge, Inc. where they were responsible for developing and verifying module/top-level SV/UVM testbenches and creating a verification plan for a Mid Air Synthesizer FPGA.

Before that, from 2005 to 2009, Sushama worked at Wipro Technologies as a Project Lead. Sushama'sresponsibilities included testing MoCA based ASICs, verification of integrated packet processors, enhancing/updating the C/C++/Verilog based environment, and developing test plans and test cases.

Sushama'scareer started in 2001 at CoreEL Technologies as a Design Engineer. Sushama worked on projects related to IEEE 802.3 Ethernet MAC/GMAC/XGMAC, SONET/SDH, VCAT, and LCAS(ITU-T G. 7042) standards.
