Andy Ng

Andy Ng is currently the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Brain. Prior to this, they were the Founder and President of Invent Advisers, LLC from May 2015 to March 2016. Invent Advisers is an IP strategy consulting company that provides inventors, entrepreneurs, start-ups, and emerging growth companies high-quality, yet affordable IP services. Invent Advisers works closely with companies to assess their technology, develop strategic visions, and create IP budgets to achieve key strategic business objectives. Invent Advisers also manages law firm relationships to keep IP filings and projects on track and within budget. By providing expertise throughout the IP development process, Invent Advisers’ services are tailored to cost-effectively meet each company’s unique IP needs.

Before founding Invent Advisers, LLC, Andy Ng worked as an Associate at Knobbe Martens Olson & Bear LLP from April 2014 to May 2015. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate at Vinson and Elkins from October 2012 to March 2014.

Andy Ng graduated from Sycamore High School and then went on to Duke University where they received a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BSE), Bachelor of Science (BS), and a Certificate in Modeling Biological Systems. Andy then attended Harvard Law School and received a J.D.

They are on a team with Michel Spruijt - Chief Revenue Officer, Jennifer Bigelow - VP, Human Resources, and David Pinn - Chief Strategy Officer. Andy Ng reports to Eugene Izhikevich, Co-founder & CEO.
