David Long has extensive experience in technical support and engineering, currently serving as the Technical Support Manager at Brain Corp since November 2019, following a role as Technical Support Engineer. Prior to this, David held significant positions at Fujitsu America from 2005 to November 2019, including Field Engineer IV - Team Lead for CM-ATL, where responsibilities included installing, diagnosing, and maintaining various Fujitsu systems and providing team support. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Field Engineer at Fujitsu Computer Systems and EDS, and a position as Access Programmer Level 1 at Rauch in 1997.
