Jieru Bai

Jieru Bai is a dedicated Software Engineer specializing in Applied Machine Learning at Brain Corp since November 2023. Previous experience includes serving as an AI/ML Intern at UC San Diego, where Jieru enhanced students' understanding of discrete-time systems and collaborated on course assignments as a Teaching Assistant. At NCLB Education, Jieru led a five-person agile team to create a ChatGPT-based study system and developed an AI language model adapter. Jieru's earlier role as an Algorithm R&D Intern at UsingAI involved innovating OCR tasks through a meta-learning framework. Jieru's educational background encompasses a Master of Science in Computer Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Math Computer Science from UC San Diego, complemented by a High School Diploma from the Academy of Holy Angels.
