Jordan Strasen

Jordan Strasen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in solutions consulting, sales, and customer experience. Currently serving as a Senior Solutions Consultant at Brain Corp since July 2019, Jordan previously held roles as a Sales Representative and Field Product Specialist within the same company. Prior experience includes working as a Customer Experience Advisor at Smilebooth from March 2016 to July 2019, where the focus was on enhancing brand engagement through customized photo and video experiences. Jordan also served as a Data Manager during a summer internship at Halcyon Capital Management in 2015, and held positions in financial management at Waldorf Astoria New York as a Paymaster and Night Audit Supervisor at Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark. Academically, Jordan holds an MBA in Strategic Management from Pace University and a BS in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
