Mingwei Xu

Mingwei Xu is a Senior Software QA Engineer at Brain Corp since February 2020, having progressed through various roles including QA Software Engineer II and Software QA and Automation Engineer. Prior experience includes serving as a Research Assistant at UCSD ARCLab from January 2019 to October 2020, where research focused on optimizing the setup of the da Vinci surgical system's patient-side manipulator using a machine learning approach for collision minimization. Mingwei Xu also previously interned at Brain Corp in 2019, developing automation workflows and contributing to a QA automation test framework. Additionally, an internship at Siemens involved monitoring manufacturing processes and optimizing assembly techniques for servomotors.
