Norman Wilkinson has extensive experience in international business development, sales and consulting. Norman began their career in 1980 as a Regional Sales Manager for SIA, where they sold bureau services to local authorities and government departments. In 1988, they joined Forvus as Sales & Marketing Director, where they were responsible for the development of the business and growth through the sale of database software licenses and consultancy projects. From 1995 to 1997, they were Director of European Operations and Sales Director UK at Raima Inc., where they were tasked with driving the UK direct model into other territories in Europe. From 1997 to 2000, they were IBM Software Dealmaker and Transformation & Optimization Leader Europe, Outsourcing Software Solutions. From 2016 to 2020, they were Managing Director and Chef Patron at DOMESTIC-CHEF LIMITED, where they built and ran a catering services company providing private and corporate catering services in the SE of England. Since 2020, they have been CEO & Principal Consultant at Influential Sales Consulting, bringing years of international sales experience to clients that need help with developing revenue performance beyond targets. Norman also serves as Vice President International Business Development at BrainCreators, where they are responsible for sales management of the acquisition and onboarding of new domain partners internationally.

Norman Wilkinson's education history includes attending Forres Academy, Scotland from 1964 to 1969, St. John's Episkopi, Cyprus from 1969 to 1971, West Bridgeford College from 1976 to 1978, where they obtained an ONC in Business Studies, and Nottingham Trent University from 1978 to 1979, where they obtained an HNC in Business Studies.
