Tong Li

Tong Li is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic operations and project management across various industries. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at Braincube since July 2025, Tong Li focuses on scaling the organization through strategic initiatives and cross-functional collaboration. Previous roles at Braincube included work as a Consultant specializing in Industry 4.0 and digital transformation, leading projects for global clients. Tong Li's earlier experience includes project management at PI International Automotive Limited, where oversight of €10 million projects was essential, and V&V leadership at Actemium, implementing verification and validation processes for Airbus. Tong Li holds an MBA from INSEAD and an engineering degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation from EIGSI, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from Beihang University.
