Caroline Samson, MBA, is an experienced Collaborative Learning Consultant at e180 since October 2017, specializing in organizational development and transformation. Prior roles include serving as a Consultant in Transformation and Organizational Development at BOMBARDIER, where responsibilities encompassed coaching senior management, proposing organizational structures, and facilitating developmental workshops. Previously, at ODESIA, Caroline supported management during significant organizational changes, providing coaching and developing action plans. Experience also includes consulting roles with Groupe3, prioritizing leadership program development, and a solid background at National Bank in change management and HR strategy. Caroline holds an MBA in Management Consulting from Université du Québec à Montréal and a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Université de Montréal.
