Currently serving as a senior architect at Brainfarma, Ailton is responsible for overseeing architectural projects and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Previously, Ailton held various roles coordinating projects and construction at Eli Lilly, Novartis, and PANALPINA, demonstrating expertise in managing complex engineering projects and implementing continuous improvement processes.
