Your Marketing team promised a feature timeline to a client. Your Engineering team committed to a different date internally. Now the client has both emails.

Or worse: your Finance team approved a vendor contract. Operations didn't know. The vendor gets two different terms from the same company.

BrainFlow is a shared memory layer that gets CC'd on any email thread — client-facing, internal, cross-department, or vendor-facing. It silently connects what every team has already agreed to. The moment someone is about to contradict a prior commitment — wrong pricing, conflicting deadlines, outdated terms, policy violations — BrainFlow alerts the sender privately before anyone else sees it.

→ Shared Team Memory: Sales, Legal, Marketing, Engineering, Ops — aligned without CC'ing everyone on every thread
→ Any Thread, Any Team: Works on client emails, internal projects, vendor negotiations, HR discussions, board updates
→ Silent Contradiction Detection: Flags when one message conflicts with a prior commitment, anywhere
→ Sourced Answers: Ask "What did we agree with Acme?" or "What's the Q3 budget policy?" — get the answer from the actual thread
→ Smart Drafts: Pre-writes replies using your team's real commitments, not guesswork
→ Zero Setup: Any email client. No CRM integration. No new tool to learn. Just CC your assistant.

Your team doesn't need more meetings. They need a shared brain that remembers what everyone promised — so no one contradicts each other, on any thread.
