Previous roles include serving as an Interim Manager at Swiss Interim Management GmbH, focusing on organizational development and HR management for SMEs across various sectors. Andrea has held senior positions such as Global Head of Talent and Cultural Development at KUKA AG and Global Head of Talent and Organisational Development at Zumtobel Group AG, where significant contributions to personnel and organizational strategies were made. An accomplished academic, Andrea holds a Doctorate in Sociology and Economics from the University of Neuchatel and has completed Post Doctoral Studies at the University of St. Gallen.
