Arnold Clem has had a diverse work experience. Arnold started their career as an Assistant Manager at Subway in July 2008 and worked there until May 2012. Arnold then joined Walmart as a Receiving Associate from August 2012 to August 2013. Arnold then transitioned to Sample Supports, where they held two roles. Arnold started as a Direct Care Provider from October 2014 to April 2015 and later became a Day Program Manager from April 2015 to June 2016. Lastly, Arnold joined Brainfuse in February 2017 as a Program Manager, where they are presently employed.

Arnold Clem earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from Colorado Christian University, where they studied from 2010 to 2013. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's Degree in Psychological Research Methods at the University of Exeter from 2013 to 2014. In terms of additional certifications, Arnold obtained qualifications such as being a Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Instructor from the Crisis Prevention Institute in January 2016, a First Aid/CPR/AED certification from the American Red Cross in September 2014, and accreditation as a Qualified Medication Administration Personnel from the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy & Financing - HCPF in September 2014.
