Natalie Murphy, M.Ed., currently serves as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Brainfuse since February 2025. Prior to this role, Natalie worked at FEV Tutor, managing a significant client portfolio of over $8M, optimizing performance for more than 85 client sites, and driving program adoption through extensive training and onboarding initiatives. Natalie's career also includes a tenure at McHenry Community High School District 156, where Natalie co-founded the AP Mentor/Tutor Program and the AP Boot Camp, both of which significantly improved student performance and retention. As a skilled educator, Natalie has a proven track record of increasing student achievement through strategic planning and utilizing digital tools for effective communication. Natalie holds a Master of Education in Teaching and Learning from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in Sociology from the University of Iowa.
