Ben

Ben is the current CFO at Brainjolt. Prior to this, they were the Senior Vice President of Finance at Hanover Research from June 2016 to September 2021. In this role, they led the finance and governance functions of a global top-50 market research firm. Ben prepared budgets and forecasting models, procured insurance and legal services, negotiated and managed the company's largest transactions, and oversaw the work of internal and external accounting teams.

Before Hanover Research, Ben was the President and Chief Financial Officer at StreamlineMD, LLC from January 2004 to December 2010. Ben founded the company, which was an electronic medical records (“EMR”) industry pioneer. Ben secured capital commitments totaling $15 million, created scalable back office to support annual doubling of revenue, and oversaw exit negotiation and documentation.

Prior to StreamlineMD, Ben held various positions at Deutsche Bank, Salomon Smith Barney, and PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1998 to 2004.

Ben has a JD from Harvard Law School, a BA in astronomy and history from Columbia University in the City of New York, and an MBA in business from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.
