Daniel Mena

Daniel Mena is an experienced Advanced Project Engineer at Brainlab, focusing on the development of innovative intraoperative imaging solutions within the R&D Intraoperative Imaging Ultrasound team since October 2020. Key responsibilities include leading research and product development in ultrasound imaging, serving as an ultrasound imaging expert, and coordinating hardware and software advancements with various partners. Additionally, Daniel acts as an Agile Coach to promote agile methodologies within the team. Prior to this role, Daniel worked as an Undergraduate Lab Researcher at Tulane University Translational Biophotonics Lab from June 2017 to May 2019. Daniel holds a Master of Science in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from Imperial College London and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Tulane University.
