Mathew Thomas

Mathew Thomas has extensive experience in technical support and education, currently serving as a National Technical Support resource at Brainlab since July 2021, where responsibilities include training support specialists, troubleshooting complex issues, and resource management for the West region team. Previous roles include a Support Specialist at Roof Commander, and intern positions focusing on Salesforce/Data Management at Syracuse University School of Information Studies, where contributions involved developing labs for information security courses and managing hybrid learning environments. Mathew also served as a Teaching Assistant at Syracuse University and as a Research Assistant at Colorado State University, under Dr. Sudeep Pasricha, significantly influencing a shift toward analytics.
