Michael Stead

Michael Stead has extensive experience in product management and marketing within the radiotherapy sector. Currently serving as the Manager of Product Marketing for C-Arm linacs at Varian since October 2018, Michael also holds the position of Senior Global Product Manager at Brainlab, where responsibilities include defining product strategies, leading product commercialization, and managing product life cycles. Previous roles include Global Product Manager for ExacTrac at Vision RT Ltd and Applications Specialist at Elekta, focusing on training, customer support, and software development. Michael's career began as a Radiographer at the NHS, where knowledge of therapeutic radiography was established. Holding a BSc(Hons) in Therapeutic Radiography from Sheffield Hallam University, Michael is also a key contributor to multiple patents in the field.
