Ottavia Rossini

Ottavia Rossini is an experienced Advanced Project Engineer at Brainlab, specializing in radiotherapy solutions since February 2021. Prior to this role, Ottavia undertook a Master Thesis at the Institute of Micro Technology and Medical Device Technology, focusing on the development of an augmented reality tool for tumor recognition in laparoscopic surgery from April 2018 to February 2021. As a Master's student, Ottavia contributed as a Werkstudent at inveox in early 2018, working on sensor and actuator integration, and was previously involved in video and sound recordings of lectures at Lecturio GmbH from September 2016 to February 2017. Ottavia holds a degree from the Technical University of Munich (2014-2018) and completed an exchange semester in biomedical engineering at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, following an education at Deutsche Schule Mailand from 1999 to 2014.
