Tom Melger has over two decades of experience in technical support and product management, currently serving as a Senior Product Support Engineer for E-Health at Brainlab since June 2002. In this role, Tom is responsible for facilitating communication between product knowledge management, education, and support to enhance product improvements and address technical issues. Tom leverages a combination of soft skills and technical expertise to fulfill the expectations of both internal and external customers, coordinates the resolution of high-level technical problems, and provides root cause analysis for product-related complaints. Prior to Brainlab, Tom worked as a Product Support Technician at Ciena and as a Medical Equipment Repairer in the Army, further enriching experience in technical support and equipment management.
