Elmar Hoettges

Elmar Hoettges has extensive work experience in various IT leadership roles. Elmar began their career at Vodafone D2 GmbH in 2003, where they were a Teamlead in the Applikationsbetrieb Web/WAP department. At Vodafone, they later became the Head of IT Infrastructure. In 2012, they joined wer-kennt-wen.de GmbH as the Head of System Operation before moving on to ThyssenKrupp Elevator AG in 2013. At ThyssenKrupp, they held multiple roles, including Head of IT Architecture, Standards, Security&Innovations, and Manager of Information Management. In 2016, they became the Head of IT Architecture, Standards and unite BA Lead at ThyssenKrupp. Elmar then joined Sixt Leasing SE in 2018 as the Executive Teamlead for IT Infrastructure. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Brainloop as the Head of Operations.

Elmar Hoettges completed an apprenticeship in Industriekaufmann at IHK Krefeld from 1985 to 1988. In 2012, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Hochschule Niederrhein.
