Bill Wescott

Bill Wescott is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sustainability, innovation, and strategic consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Fellow at the U.S. Council on Competitiveness since August 2016, Bill provides guidance on innovation and international collaboration. As Managing Partner of BrainOxygen LLC since December 2012, Bill has delivered consulting services for various governments and multinational corporations. Previous roles include CEO of Cosmo Tech, Vice President of Innovation at Veolia Environnement North America, and Managing Director at Cleantech Group. Bill's consulting experience spans over three decades and involves significant contributions to environmental sustainability and business strategy across multiple global regions. Educational credentials include a BSE in Chemical Engineering from Princeton University and a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Carnegie Mellon University.
