Michael Halbye is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in corporate strategy and governance. As a former Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company, they chaired the firm's EMEA activities and served on its board for 15 years. Currently, Michael serves as a Deputy Chair at KIRKBI A/S and holds multiple board positions, including Chairman of the Board at Generation and Ludvig & Co. They are also a co-founder of the One Life Foundation and an executive committee member at WWF Denmark. Michael holds a Master’s degree from Copenhagen Business School and is pursuing a Master’s degree at IMD Business School.
