Ron Berkowitz

Ron Berkowitz is currently the VP of Strategy & Corporate Development at Ceragon Networks, a position held since 2023. Previously, Ron served as the SVP of Corporate Development & Strategy at Vesttoo, managing M&A processes and capital allocation. Ron has extensive experience in strategic roles at companies like Taboola, where they led significant acquisitions and long-term financial planning, and BrainQ Technologies, where they supported financial strategy for a medical device startup. They also contributed to education as a faculty member at IDC Herzliya, mentoring MBA students in strategic consulting. Ron holds a Master of Business Administration and multiple degrees from Tel Aviv University.
