Bruno Silva is currently the HR & Office Operations Manager at BRAINR, where they lead people and office operations for a fast-growing SaaS startup in the food tech space. They manage the full employee lifecycle and drive culture, engagement, and internal communication initiatives. Prior to this role, Bruno served as the Head of Human Resources and Operations at TalentSeed, overseeing onboarding, performance assessments, and the development of recruitment methodologies. Their career began in 2011 as an Electronic Technician trainee, and they hold a postgraduate degree in Social and Organizational Psychology from ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa.
