Caitlin Morse's work experience includes serving as the CEO & Co-founder of BrainSpace since January 2021. Caitlin has also worked as a Strategic Advisor for MorseCode Medical since April 2019. Prior to that, Caitlin worked as a Product Development & Business Consultant for M&M Consulting - Medical Devices from May 2018 to January 2021. Caitlin also served as a Strategic Advisor for Soundview Innovation Campus from August 2019 to May 2020.

Caitlin has a background in project management, having held positions at Flex. Caitlin worked as an Accounts Program Manager from March 2016 to April 2018, a Program Manager from April 2015 to July 2016, and a Project Specialist from December 2013 to March 2015. Additionally, they worked as a Strategic & Operational Advisor for Speakers Global from July 2013 to March 2015.

In the non-profit sector, Caitlin worked as the Director of Communications and Recruitment for YouthCompass International from July 2009 to December 2011. Caitlin also worked as a National Communications Officer and Fundraiser for World Concern from August 2006 to June 2007, where they developed content and managed special projects.

Earlier in their career, Caitlin held roles at Aimhigher Kent and Medway, including Special Projects Developer from June 2005 to June 2008 and Sessional Promotional Officer from November 2004 to June 2006.

Caitlin Morse earned a Bachelor's Degree in Foreign Languages, Literature, and Linguistics from the University of Kent in 2008. Prior to that, they attended Redmond High School and achieved High Honors. In addition to their formal education, Caitlin obtained a certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in February 2018.
