Jean Lai is an accomplished UX Designer with extensive experience in leading design initiatives across various prominent companies. Currently serving as Lead UX Designer at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. and as an Instructor in UX Design at BrainStation, Jean previously held roles at JetBlue Airways as a User Experience Specialist and at Bank of America as Lead UX Designer/Architect. Additional experience includes positions at Pfizer, The Pivot Brands Company, HBO, and L'Oreal, where significant contributions were made in both UX design and IT business analysis. Jean holds a Master’s degree in Graphic Communications Management and Technology from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology & Informatics and Sociology from Rutgers University.
