Suman Dhar

Suman Dhar has extensive experience in customer success and technical support, currently serving as a Customer Delight Manager at Brainstorm Force since July 2017, following roles as a Technical Support Developer and Software Developer within the same company. Prior to this, Suman held the position of Customer Success Manager at Uncanny Owl Inc. for a brief period in 2022 and worked as a Customer Service Associate at Amazon Development Centre (India) Private Limited from February 2017 to July 2017. Suman holds a Graduate degree in Computer Engineering from ISBM's SOT, completed in 2016, and a 10+2 degree in Computer Science from Pirojsha Godrej, completed in 2012.
