Graden Nelson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2011, they worked as a Business Development Representative at Qualtrics, focusing on the EMEA market. Graden was responsible for making outbound calls, scheduling demos, and training new hires. In 2013, they joined Goldman Sachs as an Analyst, where they mitigated risk by monitoring failing trades and led a team in an innovation competition. After leaving Goldman Sachs in 2015, Graden joined the Utah Technology Council (UTC) as the Director of Membership Services. In 2018, they co-founded Legacy Keepers before joining BrainStorm Inc. as a Client Success Manager. Graden quickly progressed to the role of Sr. Manager and is currently serving as the Associate Director of Client Success at BrainStorm Inc.

Graden Nelson obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management with a Finance emphasis from Brigham Young University. Graden attended the university from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including a Microsoft Service Adoption Specialist certification from Microsoft in August 2019, a Learning Content Marketing certification from LinkedIn in August 2018, and a Social Selling with LinkedIn certification also from LinkedIn in August 2018.
