Yoash Scharf

Yoash Scharf is the Hardware department manager at BrainsWay, where they lead the design of Deep Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation therapy systems from concept to product release. With a background in electrical engineering, they have extensive experience in managing R&D teams, particularly in hardware development, including projects involving LED drivers and intelligent control systems. Previously, Yoash held positions at ECI Telecom, GE, and Current, powered by GE, enhancing their skills in engineering investigation and product development. They also served as the Radiotelephone Department Commander in the Israel Defense Forces. Yoash earned a degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from the Jerusalem College of Engineering.
