René Rosiers is a co-founder and honorary president of Club Hertog van Arenberg, a business club fostering discussions among SME managers. With nearly 20 years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, René currently serves as a co-founder at SCALAPARTNERS and a member of the investment committee at Invale Private Equity. Having previously been a senior manager at ING Bank Belgium, René played a vital role in numerous M&A transactions. René holds a graduate degree in Bank and Stock Exchange Sciences from NSHS Brussels.
