David J. Kreizinger

David Kreizinger heads the accounting and finance operations for Braintree Group and Resolute Road Hospitality, where he leads all activities pertaining to treasury management, FP&A and financial reporting for the company and Resolute Road's managed hotel portfolio. Kreizinger is a seasoned real estate and hospitality financial executive with over 20 years of experience leading finance and accounting teams for hotel, restaurant and retail groups owned by investment firms, private equity, and family offices. He has expertise in corporate & hotel finance, mergers & acquisitions, financial planning & analysis, and hotel accounting. David started his career at Ernst & Young, earning his CPA before taking on senior leadership roles in the industry. He spent six years as Vice President of Hotel Accounting at Sunstone Hotel Properties, overseeing a portfolio of nationally branded hotels with revenues over $500 million. He then served as Vice President of Finance at Evolution Hospitality, managing financial operations for a diverse portfolio of hotels. David also served as CFO for The Johnny Rockets Group, raising corporate bank debt and selling the company to a private equity group. In addition, he has managed a successful consulting practice for over 10 years, serving clients like The Johnny Rockets Group, Wahlburgers, and The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf.
