Alex Carleton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer and support engineering. Currently serving as Head of Customer Experience at Braintrust since October 2025, Carleton previously held the position of Head of Support at Retool from January 2020 to October 2025, overseeing a significant growth from $3 million to $120 million in annual recurring revenue and expanding the Support team across three divisions. Carleton began at Retool as the Founding Support Engineer and played a critical role in shaping the Support Engineering function. Prior experience includes roles as Program Manager and Design Project Manager at Repertoire Productions, as well as Packaging Engineer at AVSuperfly.
