Lyzi Diamond has extensive experience in documentation and software engineering, beginning as a Program Associate at the Foundation for Individual Rights in Education and progressing through various roles in technology companies. At Heroku, Lyzi served as Lead Documentation Strategist from February 2020 to August 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a Software Engineer on the Navigation team and managing the Support and Documentation team at Mapbox, where Lyzi significantly expanded the team and contributed numerous educational resources.
