Mary Sempowicz 🧠

Mary Sempowicz is a seasoned design professional with a diverse background in product design and user experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Product Design at Braintrust since March 2022, Mary has previously held senior roles at PeopleReady, where efforts focused on enhancing the JobStack platform, and at NBC Sports Group, where leadership in UX/UI design aimed to enrich digital experiences for sports fans. Additionally, Mary has contributed to projects at EZLinks Golf LLC and Metropolitan Industries, demonstrating a strong ability to drive design innovation and improve user engagement. Mary is also the founder of Tulle Love Prints, specializing in bespoke designs for the wedding and greeting card markets. Mary holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Graphic Design and 2D Studio Art from Eastern Illinois University, complemented by a marketing degree from Griffith University.
