Megan Conard

Megan Conard is currently the Operations Manager at Braintrust. Megan has previous experience working as a customer success manager and product manager. Megan has also worked in business development and as a business manager.

Megan's experience with data began when they started working as a business development specialist at Tides. There, they helped businesses develop their data models and integrate them into their existing business processes. Megan then went on to work as a business manager at MassMutual Financial Group, where they gained experience in managing and developing data-driven products.

In their current role at Braintrust, Megan is responsible for managing the company's operations. This includes overseeing the development and implementation of data-driven products. Megan is also responsible for meeting with customers, learning how they are using Braintrust's software, and helping them get more value out of their licenses.

Megan Conard has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Italian Studies from Gonzaga University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a concentration in Organizational Leadership. Megan also has a certification in Leadership from an unspecified institution.
