Alan Osorio

Alan Osorio is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in IT operations and infrastructure. Currently serving as the IT Operations Manager at Brainware Ventures since August 2020, Alan oversees the management of IT assets and network systems. Previous roles include IT Infrastructure Support Specialist at CLOE, where responsibilities entailed the maintenance of software and hardware, and a technician position at Apple focusing on preventative maintenance of security equipment. Alan has also worked as a systems analyst at izzi telecom. Educational qualifications include a degree in Computer Security and Systems Engineering from Cisco Networking Academy and a Bachelor's degree in Administrative Computer Science from Universidad America Latina. Additionally, Alan has completed the CS50 for Lawyers course through edX.
