April Young is an accomplished professional in operational excellence with extensive experience in lean six sigma methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives. Currently serving as the Global Head of Operational Excellence at Brambles since November 2022, April is responsible for enhancing business process performance across the global supply chain. Prior to this role, April held key positions at Alcon, Novartis, Lexmark, CIBA Vision, GE Consumer & Industrial, and Technical Associates, where significant contributions included leading lean six sigma training, executing Gemba Kaizen events, and providing consultancy to various manufacturing sites globally. April holds an MBA from East Texas A&M University and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Kentucky.
