Becca Joanes

Becca Joanes, FCIPD, is a Global Reward Manager currently at Brambles. With a robust background in human resources, Becca has held various senior roles, including Senior Manager - Reward at RSM UK and Assistant Manager of Human Resources at Baker Tilly. Becca began their career as an HR Consultant at Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc., and has also worked as an HR Generalist at Unilever. They hold a BSC Honours in Psychology from the University of Wales, Swansea, and have completed an Advanced Award in Reward Management through CIPD Qualifications.
