Dan Berry

Dan Berry is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law across various regions. Currently serving as the Chief Legal Officer at Brambles since May 2010, Dan oversees legal operations for the Europe, Middle East, Africa, and India regions, encompassing M&A, commercial, employment, IP, and litigation matters, as well as government and regulatory affairs. Prior to this role, Dan was General Counsel for EMEA at TANDBERG, where responsibilities included coordinating legal work and managing significant contract negotiations, particularly during Cisco Systems' acquisition of Tandberg. Dan's career also includes key positions at AEMS, Accenture, AMP, and CMS Cameron McKenna. Dan holds a degree in Law and Politics from the University of Nottingham and completed legal studies at the College of Law, Guildford.
