Heather Stagl

Heather Stagl is a seasoned professional in change management and organizational effectiveness, currently serving as a Business Change Lead for Enterprise Programs at Brambles since April 2024. Stagl also holds the position of Board Secretary for ACMP Atlanta and has previous experience as a Change Management Facilitator at both reshift and DesignThinkers Group USA. With a background in consulting, Stagl was the Principal Consultant at Enclaria LLC for over 15 years and has contributed to the Organization Change Alliance as a volunteer board member. Earlier roles include Program Manager for the Office of Strategy Management at Palladium Group, Director of Organizational Effectiveness at The Jel Sert Company, and MRP Manager at Solo Cup Company. Stagl holds a Master's in Business Administration from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University.
