Jenni Lyall

Jenni Lyall is a seasoned risk management professional with extensive experience in global business continuity and compliance. Currently serving as the Global Business Continuity Senior Manager at Brambles since August 2022, Jenni previously held the position of Risk and Compliance Manager for Europe at CHEP from October 2017 to August 2022. Jenni's background includes significant roles at Interserve, Severn Trent Water, and Serco, where innovations in risk management frameworks and processes were implemented, driving cultural changes and improving reporting standards. Early career roles at ITNET, Cadbury Schweppes, and Premier Brands laid a strong foundation in IT and process improvement. Jenni holds an HNC in Materials Sciences from Coventry University.
