Koogan Pillay

Koogan Pillay is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in infrastructure management and technology leadership. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Europe & IMETA at Brambles since September 2020, Koogan also oversees Global Cloud Demand, Service Performance, Quality, and Governance. Previous roles include Senior Infrastructure Specialist at Hollywoodbets and various positions at LexisNexis South Africa, where Koogan worked as IT Manager and Senior Infrastructure Engineer. Koogan's career initiated at Sahara Computers, with foundational roles leading to IT Technician and ultimately Assistant Manager IT at the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. Koogan holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Technology and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. Additional qualifications include an MBA from MANCOSA and multiple certifications in cloud computing, IT service management, and project management methodologies.
