Lucie Emerson

Lucie Emerson is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in change management and internal communications. Currently serving as the Change & Transformation Communications Lead at Brambles since September 2021, Lucie progressed from the role of Change Communications Manager after joining the company in July 2019. Previously, Lucie held the position of Senior Internal Communications Manager at Criteo and served in various roles related to change and communications at Study Group, including Change & Communications Lead and Communications & Change Consultant. Early career experience includes consultancy roles at Kite Studios and several positions at BT, where Lucie focused on communications and organizational change. Lucie also has a history of contract communications consulting with CSC and Commonwealth Bank. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Contemporary European Studies from the University of East Anglia and an European Baccalaureate from the European School of Brussels.
