Malaika C. has over 30 years of work experience, starting as an Associate Buyer at Hoffritz for Cutlery & Cutlery World from 1989 to 1994. Malaika then worked in Purchasing at Sawtek/Triquint from 1996 to 1999. In 2002, they became the Sales Support Manager at Ortheon Medical. From 2004 to 2008, Malaika served as the VP Recruitment Operations at iplacement D/B/A Source2, specializing in executive and professional placements. Malaika then joined Lockheed Martin, starting as a Sourcing Liaison in 2008 and taking on various roles such as Talent Sourcing Consultant and Senior HR Sourcing Recruiter until 2015. Currently, they are the Team Lead, Talent Acquisition - Americas at Brambles / CHEP, focusing on executive and management level recruitment for North American business units.
